Your account stays active and reverts to the Free plan. All your saved work — event models, A/B tests, workspaces — is preserved. You won't lose any data.

The account owner creates team members (Members) from the Team settings tab. Each Member gets their own login, workspace, and usage limits. The owner pays for all seats. Members cannot create additional accounts.

Yes. If a tool is listed in your plan, it's included automatically when it launches — no additional charge, no plan upgrade required.

Currently we're in closed beta. Access is reviewed manually via LinkedIn. If accepted, you'll get hands-on access to discuss your team's needs before any payment.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans remain active until the end of the billing period.
